Fitness center was decent, staff was well trained, and rooms were comfy!

Shower water pressure was not good. Parking late at night was a bit of a hassle. We were only given one card with 2 Guests.

I loved the room and how clean it was! Check in staff was also very pleasant.

I wasn’t a fan of the options for breakfast.

elevator fire inspection expired TWO years ago. Paint was peeling off the ceiling in my bathroom. The tub had a leaking faucet and was badly stained. I paid WAY Too much for this hotel

We liked the layout of our suite, the space is great! beds and pillows very comfortable. most of staff was helpful! we liked the Social hour on Wednesday night and the breakfasts!

unfortunately we did not feel safe, the grounds were dirty and the furniture in our room was dirty, had tears and was well worn, we did not want to sit on it. many “amenities” didn’t work ie.. phone in room didn’t work, the blow dryer was broke, coffee pot didn’t work either and the hot tub was closed for repairs. I asked for extra blankets because heat kept shutting off in our room (never got) and we were clearly an annoyance to the desk clerk when we asked.

Room was clean and spacious

Breakfast was all eaten 90 min before close time. No food was was restocked and many options were not offered.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The accommodations were excellent. Really thought "Taco Tuesday" was wonderful, beyond expectations.

That the hide a bed was broken and springy had to sleep on floor. Couldn't sit on couch because it was broke.
