I had a hard time figuring out where & how to reserve beach umbrella & chair - instructions ahead of time or additional signs would be helpful

The live DJ, The clean pool, all of the amenities are available with food and drinks to where you don't have to leave the resort for anything.

I called the desk about my TV not working, it only had sound no picture and was promised to have maintenance come shortly and no one ever came, it takes a long time to get an answer on the phone so i was without TV the entire stay. The shower curtain and wall in front of the toilet had blood stains.

More drawers in room, higher toilet, poor toilet paper placement, slick tub but staff did give us great tub mat. Long distances to walk for room.

Staff were all very friendly and smiling! Carpeted all over, pool area was always clean as was the beach. Rooms were comfortable and loved the balcony views.

EVERYTHING! The Westin Hilton Head Resort is stunning, both inside and out. Elegant, yet very comfortable. Every single person who is a part of the Westin team was exemplary in their hospitality. They all made us feel welcomed, and special. WES, at reception, was spectacular. What a wonderful hotel ambassador. We will highly recommend your resort to everyone and we will plan another trip ourselves. We spent a week with them and hated to leave.

Room was nice, property was pretty. Very convenient beach access. I like that the hotel is dog friendly because the beach is dog friendly.

Staff is hit or miss. Some people are kind and attentive, others couldn't care less whether you were there or not. I'd skip the on site restaurants. Overpriced, mediocre food, and very slow service.

A beautiful resort with pools, beach , spa and wonderful restaurants. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Comfortable beds and an amazing view. The food was really good at all the restaurants, especially the breakfast buffet in the Carolina room. There is also a shuttle that will take you to the harbor. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you! The staff were especially courteous and so helpful.

It was very crowded, and at times we couldn’t find a chair at the pools. We did , however, rent the cabana loungers one day.

We didn’t like that most of the amenities were closed. One restaurant with small menu. Family room was closed due to renovations and it was too cold for our kids to go out.

felt like being inside the movie “The Shining”. Loooooong hallway, deserted, saw one (one) cleaning lady on my floor, nobody else. I don’t smoke indoor at home, let alone in a hotel room. But you have to exit the premises (including the parking lot) for a cigarette. Coffee machine in the room 15 years old or more, making weak coffee. One person at reception, again, nobody else. Working in the rooms below us, noise all morning.

I loved the main entrance inside. The pool seemed nice. People that worked their were nice and friendly and made eye contact. The decor in my room was nice.

I didn’t like the deception of The description of my room and what I payed a lot extra for. Said Oceanfront delux room etc. I got a sliver of a ocean not even close to my room. I couldn’t hear the ocean either. The description should have said partial ocean view. I payed almost 400! For one night and there was definitely no ocean view at night especially. I think they also put me in the wrong room. Also said came with a sofa as well didn’t get that in my room. Also there was stains on the comforter that I was sleeping with at night I didn’t notice it. I only noticed it in the am and it wasn’t from me. Also food crumbs squashed into the floor rug under my bed. I have pics to send as well. Also the luggage roller had a broken side to it, was almost coming off. Breakfast should have been included in a place and the amount I spent.

Great location easy access to the beach. Good view and staff respond ed quickly.

Everything!! Our first time here and i was just blown away!! This was my quick birthday weekend trip (next time longer) and i can not say just how much we loved it here!! Beautiful resort right on the beach, beautiful set-up, landscaping, the access to the beach just few steps is the ultimate perk!! The entertainment is such a bonus, the free towels to me were the bomb!! Saves so much hassle and carrying your own. We all know, how dirty and sandy towels get just after one use on the beach! I felt spoiled here!! The room was so clean, modern design, bed incredibly comfortable , lots of pillows, big chunky comforter, complimentary coffee and waters, robe! The servers bringing you your food and drinks to your lounge chair was amazing as well! We didn’t have to leave the resort for anything , everything was there and more. This resort was not overcrowded, more homey/family feel. The private beach felt very “private”. Again, not overcrowded and you’d see the same guests. Easy check-in, check-out. You were treated with such respect! Love love this atmosphere and we will most likely stop going to Florida, where we normally come and come here.

Great breakfast, but rather pricey to eat. Should be included if paying a great amount of money. Enjoyed it was right at the beach. Not far from places to entertain, eat and shop.

Place to pricey compared to places like Sandals and other high end resorts which includes different things depending on what's of interest.
