The staff went above and beyond to remedy issues. Breakfast included many options including eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, oatmeal, pancakes, muffins, toast, and fruit.
There were many flies in our room when we entered. The floor had not been swept or mopped. Room furniture needs updating. One bed was squeaky! Minor repairs are needed in general. Breakfast had many options but it wasn't delicious.

The staff were superb! They were so helpful and friendly. The lady who worked in the breakfast room was an absolute sweetheart!
The beds were almost unbearable. We rented 3 rooms for 3 nights and we were crippled when we left. Spring beds were the worst ever.

The location is good. However, Fallon is small, so any hotel is convenient. Breakfast was included. We requested and were given a second floor room. Water pressure in the shower was good.
The fridge wasn't cleaned out from the previous occupant; still had leftovers. Bathroom fan wasn't very effective even though it was noisy. Room heater was very noisy. Carpet had visible stains -- don't walk barefoot! The king bed was not very comfortable for either of us. The small sofa was uncomfortable to sit on for more than a few minutes. The office chair was okay but the desk it was at was too high even with the chair at max height. The room smelled old (the property IS old).
Breakfast was meh: inedible sausage, mushy potatoes, but good selection of other items like breads, cereals, juices.

The young lady at arrival and check in made the experience awesome and followed up with a courtesy call on how the room was. In todays world you just don't see good service anymore and hats off to her she is doing a great job.

Even though it was clean, it looked a bit dingy. The walls are painted a light brown (café au lait) and the draperies, furniture and even the art are all in brown tones. sort of dark & depressing.

Location ok, breakfast good value. Easy parking. Got a good nights sleep.
Complained about dirty floors in room (walk about in socks or bare feet and they will be black!) I told the cleaner and they did not mop them. Still dirty next day. They also charged the wrong credit card - we used a different card upon check-in to that which we used when booking. The cards are held by different people and so now I have to arrange for my friend who lives in a different country to transfer me money.

We did not like the shower and bathroom. The shower head is adjustable if you can reach it my wife is short and could not adjust the head. The water flows under the shower curtain and floods the bathroom floor. Not a good shower at all. I believe we had a handicap room? Not sure why but will make sure I never get another one.

Location was good and probably one of the better hotels in Fallon -- there are not many to choose from.
Room appeared clean with hard surface (vinyl plank) flooring. However, after walking around in socks, we found out the floor was quite filthy. We speculate housekeeping either only vacuumed or swept floors, but did not mop them. Breakfast items limited.

We didn't like an adjoining room as we could sometimes hear our neighbors. They allow large dogs upstairs and we could hear dogs sometimes down the upper rooms.

Great manager on reception - friendly and accommodating. The pool is small and at the front on the main road but perfect for cooling off after a long drive
