This places it disgusting, out first room had bed bugs. We had to be moved to a second room at 3 am because we were being woken up by the bites. Then we had to pay 4$ to was all of our clothes and clean our luggage to avoid bringing bed bugs back to our own home. The second room was dirty and there was a empty can of soda under the bed. I attempted to reach out to the manager 3 times during my 2 day stay. 2 phone calls and a visit to the front desk which was unsuccessful. Horrible no refund for laundry or the room.

The hotel need to be upgraded. The air conditioning didn't work in the elevators. They turned down the air because one of the front desk employees didn't like the air instead of thinking about the guest that are paying to stay in comfort. It was 100 degrees outside and they turned down the air. They were under staffed the tv didn't work in my cousin's room, the frig didn't work in my friends room, I had to figure out how to get my cable to work, we had no wash cloths in the rooms and the staff didn't seem motivated. It felt like the didn't want us to call them for help. The lady that was working the breakfast was wearing a bonnet and what looked like her pajamas, very unprofessional.

The room was used before I got there and no one care to clean! Morning serving staff was extremely rude and obnoxious! She needs to be fired…. I would rate a zero for over all but the lowest is 1 so I gave 1! Never again

the room: the floor in the room was dirty, the toilet seat was flaking, the toilet had hard water stains, the ac was loud that it was hard to sleep the amenities: the pool was drained, the floor in the elevator was sticky, the weight room was closed the hotel: the alarms at the front door were sounding, the receptionist ignored that, the lady serving breakfast was singing loud

not clean - refrigerator not cooling -tv not working - when offered a 4th room due to cleaning issues r and refrigerator not working we had enough - had a pet with us not in room 30 minutes they charged us $75 so called not refundable - their fault it should have been refunded period all the fees and it should be shut down if this is the best they can do
