That my TV greeted me and when I got back to my room it said time to relax and that's what I did the breakfast was wonderful and the staff

The room and bathroom

Good sized rooms. Nice area, right on the main strip near Colonial Williamsburg. Staff was friendly and helpful!

Found a used condom wrapper on the couch. Water leaked from the light in the bathroom when the upstairs guests showered. Water shot out of the shower mixing valve when the water was running. One elevator was down so we had to wait in line to use the only working one.

This location was really nice and quiet even though it was tourist season

The staff was friendly. The room was very spacious and clean. There were lots of cups provided in the room. Chilis located right next door was convenient.

We were in 217, which is right next to the elevator. You could hear it going up and down all night long. The pool area was a little dirty and there were no towels in the pool. There were no additional blankets or pillows for the trundle bed.

The front desk staff was friendly.

The bed was very uncomfortable...extremely firm. One elevator was broken and the bathroom exhaust did not work. We were not supplied with bedding for the trundle bed. The breakfast was out of many items by 8:30 AM, including coffee and gluten free options.

Nice hotel

Clean the carpets and the bath tubs it was weird stains which prevented us from using the facilities.

Location was surrounded by restaurants and local attractions were very close.

Everything was mediocre

Breakfast was great, although the staff began putting it away prior to the end time.

Ran out of washcloths and we had to use hand towels.

For the size of our group the room and beds were perfect and we were glad to have some space to kick back. The breakfast was great with a huge selection! We had enough to keep us from having to get lunch!

When we checked in we had to wait a little till the person at the desk saw us. Then we needed more blankets and towels and we had to go to the front desk for them because there was not enough of staff.
