The toilet was broke most of the outlets didn't work and the room wasn't clean I didn't have time to complain because I was in and out of meetings but I would really like a refund

Got to Hotel and they had overbooked so room not available. Had to go back to Airport. I assume you will delete the charges. Thanks

Shuttle driver was nice.

Got there with my daughter and kids and they didn't have my reservation. First they couldn't find it then they said I only had one room and it was cancelled. I did NOT cancel it. I showed the guy my conformation but he had no more rooms. We spent the night in the airport with three little kids. I think you owe me two free nights stay.

the room was dirty and smelled like weed was given two other options and there was possibly bed bug poop on them.

Had Oder a none smoking and I told at the office the room was smelling a lot . He gave and bother and still smell Terrible

The location wasn't bad. Most of the staff was nice.

There were roaches, the room was dirty, the room description said there was a microwave and refrigerator but there wasn't. There was a microwave in the lobby you could go to and use while the lobby was open.

There was not microwave in the room as it was stated and at check in I had to request the refrigerator to be put in as well and I had to get the tub unstopped up,
