When we got to the room it was so dirty I had to clean before we brought our stuff in I'm talking boogies on the wall dirty got no toilet paper no microwave one Xtra small towel holes in the wall etc I went to the office they said they gave all they had they'll bring towels n didn't I asked 4 people over 6 days to no avail this is 7 th day not even a change of sheets They do nothing until u leave then the manager Aaron is a bold face liar I emailed 3 x n he told his staff he emailed back which I showed them was not true then being the nice guy that he is (sarcasm) I asked about any place for coupon or deals was told best price paid $97 after doing research 10 mins later found for 65$ and he wouldn't adjust it n credit towards the next night then we couldn't make the bank finance worked late so showed him the check told him we had 70 n could pay the rest at 9 am n pay for another week as we're here due to our landlords no notice cutting electric stole r dog n changed locks with all r stuff in there ( mind u we've been here 7 days n w/rewards earned 2 free nights that he wouldn't honor n rewards was closed) was willing to take 137 100 due immediately well we had 70 so gave us a hour and I found for 65 but had to use a card n wouldnt allow me time to go load the card when I spent 1/2 time waiting as others were giving front desk hell and sounded justified so we had to borrow from my stepson how embarrassing but he made it very clear mind u i booked it for total of 110 he didn't once answer me and had his staff do all his dirtywork its been a bad experience all around im surprised Wyndham is associated wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy and it's true it's the cheapest price which is all I can afford but it definitely shows plz learn from my fiasco save urself time n big headache and pay the extra 10-20 $ for ANYWHERE else n watch out for the mice&bugs!!Thanx for listening!!

It was dirty,had roaches,towels was dirty,microwave was dirty didn’t have the right size glass inside and it was dead little roaches on the bed.

I didn’t get to stay . You need some customer service lessons

We went to check in and the lady at the desk Keisha has a massive nasty attitude and would not allow my son to check in. It was 2am and he had to leave to come all the way home to york pa after being up all day. The notes had his name on it and she said she didn’t see anything

The staff is very professional and super friendly. This is my second time booking with Travelodge and with using Booking.com. I would definitely be using both on my next business trip soon.

I liked everything during my stay and even how quick it took during the check-in & the staff is amazing.

The property was clean and the staff was accommodating and professional.
