Good location, and the staff was amazing. The pool and hot tub were nice too.

The room was in terrible shape. It was clean and comfortable, but the lamp was broken, light bulbs burnt out and the light was hanging in the bathroom, it looked dangerous

the breakfast that is included was very cheap, the building our room was in, was sketchy. a bunch of people outside our door drinking and smoking. keys didn’t work so I had to walk all the way back to front desk.

There was no exercise room. Hallways were narrow and dark. Breakfast was $7 cheap vs. Others provide full fare.

Great value, big bottles of lotion and shampoo and conditioner so the family is not fighting over who gets some. Full size free breakfast in the restaurant.

There were some coffee spots on the wall behind the maker, but that's literally the worst thing I can think of which is not bad at all for the value.

The staff was very friendly especially Rob. I loved the lagoon very cool paintings on the walls. It was unlike any hotel I've stayed at before in an interesting really neat vibe kind of way.

I didn't like the way they gave cheap coupons for the restaurant next door instead of complimentary breakfast. The restaurant was great delicious menu. The hotel was very cool but the breakfast situation was so limited. We were really disappointed.

Friendly evening lady at front desk. easy access, good location, easy parking.

Room wasn’t even close to clean. Rolled up dirty socks left by previous guests on floor in very easy to spot location. Floor stained and not vacuumed. Puddle of sticky stuff on top of night stand. Old food and half eaten tub of ice cream left in refrigerator.

Check in and out were easy. Friendly receptionist. Free sit down breakfast as a first time traveler.

We were really let down by the waitress. She was in a foul mood and it really spoilt our morning. She snapped at my husband when he asked for milk for his coffee. (She forgot it and came back to the table twice for other things and when he asked she snapped and said “I told you I’d get it! What do you want to eat!?” So the coffee sat and went cold. Anyway it was t just that. She was rude and dumped the plates on the table. I shared half my pancakes with my husband (because they were quite large) but the waitress came over and demanded to know what was wrong with them. We were just sharing our meal. It was really quite nice. Sorry we don’t often complain but she really was just rude the entire time and not just to us. To the other people there as well. She told the people that were at the booth next to ours “Your food will come when it’s cooked!” But they were trying to get her attention to get a drink. She just assumed they were chasing their food. We didn’t see her name but she was older and worked the morning of the 17th of November. Other than the breakfast all the other staff were perfect and we had a wonderful stay.
