asked for more towels and a pillow and was hung up on. actually left within 2 hours of getting the room. didn’t feel comfortable in the room and left for home

There Was no breakfast. Only weak coffee and orange or apple juice, and a granola bar. No toast, bagels or possibly oranges or apples. Could have had cereal, or doughnuts or muffins or oatmeal. Lots of minimal options but THERE WAS NONE.

Sorry look at answer above. I specifically booked for the breakfast because it eliminates another stop before I get on the road traveling. NO FOOD Other THAN A LOUSY GRANOLA BAR WAS AVAILABLE. ESSENTIALLY A LIQUID BREAKFAST..WEAK COFFEE JUICE AND Granola BAR..... THAT'S IT. NOT A BREAKFAST AT ALL.

dirty, in particular dust and floor stains in the carpet. It looked like there was a cigarette burn in the carpet. The “desk” was chipped and broken. the bed was extremely firm. The place is in desperate need of renovation. No kleenex in the room, breakfast was garbage, the place needs more outlets to make it up to modern standards. The lighting is lacking too.

The only thing I like was the staff, they were really nice.

it smelled, had pets allowed and my allergies went crazy when I stepped in to the room. we didn’t stay. got a room at IHG

The location wasn't too bad but they should really replace their beds and make sure house keeping is doing their job it was very dirty and Gross 🤢

Very old and run down. holes with duct tape in the elevator. shower curtain not long enough to even read down to place inside shower/tub. Breakfast was orange juice, coffee, and Costco granola bars. That's it! No printer connected to lobby computer which I never could get to power on. TV was non-HD.

Everything was poor. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Not worth even the $94 I pad.

Pet fee is ridiculously expensive. Don't honor their word. Staff is very unfriendly. Hated staying here.

The management there are low lifes they will do what ever to take your deposit. They treat you like they are above you. Ohh yeah don't raise your voice you will hurt there feelings as they are yelling there lies about why they are keeping your b deposit. The maids are even worse.
