Location, only positive thing is that it was close to the beach.
Dirty. Looked like someone was there and maybe we rushed them out? Not sure why else the sink would be dirty, bath with hair, pet hair all over the place.

location was great, convenient store on 1 side and a restaurant on the other and it right next to the beach
it smelled like cat urine and when I checked out i had to hunt down the manager because they weren’t in the office and wouldn’t answer the phone..

Outside window to check in. $20.00 early check in fee. No ice, snacks or personal care items for convenience. Obnoxious neighbors that were complained about, but never addressed by management.

Hot water and shower knob loose

The hotel does not keep someone at the front desk. I was waiting for 10-15 along with another couple also trying to check into their room at about 5pm for someone to come and give a room key.
The hotel was on the Corner of a very busy intersection and traffic noise was extreme. Noise from other vacationers was also loud.
The white shower curtain was soiled back on the bottom section that touches the floor and the area where you feet are.
The decorative pillows on the bed looked old and dirty. The blanket on my bed was filled with about a cup of sand that got all over me and the bed. Hi

Basic tidy rooms
Super thin walls, kept up in the middle of the night by neighbouring rooms. Check in on Booking.com says 3pm but when you arrive it’s strictly no check in until 4.

Room wasn't ready, got locked out of our room in Pj's took someone an hour to get there. No one on premises, no ice, no coffee machine. People cleaning and blowing property at 7 am and yelling.

The room was clean and was happy to see a mini frig and coffee pot. The bathroom was large and it was the first time I've ever seen makeup remover available for guests.
More tabletop to set things down on. The room had a six drawer dresser that I hate using because you may leave something behind. A shelf unit to hold the TV and give you more like a tabletop so you can see your belongings. Only a flat sheet on the bed with a blanket folded in the closet area. A bed runner is not necessary. Several small pillows instead of two large ones. However, to the eye it was appealing the way they set it up.

It was a nice place to stay, everything you need in a hotel, also a plus was bbq pits in the back, which I'll definitely use next time.
There needs to be wash towels in the restroom, I seen two on the sink, but thought it was for only for the sink.

Destination
Check in time was moved to 4pm and I was not informed. I had planned 3pm so I could get ready for dinner, but that was disrupted by clock in change.

Room was not clean. Dust and under the bed was covered in things and was not vacuumed. Shower was rusty around the metal objects and the drawers was dirty and dusty so we were not able to use them
