The bed was so uncomfortable, the mattress felt like it was 20 years old. Thin, lumpy, and you could feel the springs digging in to your back. Worst bed I’ve ever slept in.

The location

Was not the unit described in the pics. Apt 509 was not clean and not maintained. Ceiling light fixtures in bathroom and living room were hanging with large holes in ceiling. No privacy because the blinds in living room, bedroom and kitchen were missing and broken. The bedroom carpet was filthy and stained. I would stay again in another unit. The staff was great!

Beach access

Unit 309 was more esthetically pleasing than unit 109, 109 was near office, laundry & bbq area major +, property was walking distance to dunes/beach and local shops.

Did not feel completely safe in unit 109 due to visible signs of damage to front door & locks. Unit 309 was a little more noisy because of proximity to street.

a short walk to the beach - location, location, location plus nice basic cottage decor for a reasonable price! Liked the architecture of the buildings as a group. Liked the exterior colors. Loved the foliage and cheerful setting.

No extra garbage bag, tiny garbage can. Room was too bright in the early mornings, could use black out blinds or curtains, only 2 pillows and one very thin blanket. No ice maker anywhere. Spa was really nice, but the only bench was full of green mold.

Comfortable bed, cozy living room, quiet location, close to the beach.

We tried to use the gas grill in the common area but could not get it to work.

Location was perfect! You could walk to the beach no problem. The room was very clean and amazing. The beds were beyond comfortable. Instructions were detailed and communication was great. I will be staying here again!

Clean and big room. Great location just a few minutes from the beach. Free parking on the grounds.

The walls aren't very thick, we could hear the people in the room next door to us.

Very friendly ladies at the reception desk. Very helpful and courteous both when we checked in and when we checked out.

Perhaps we didn't choose our room carefully enough. The room was so very small (but fresh and clean) the outside light shone through so the room was never dark even in the middle of the night. We needed two comfortable chairs in the room. but it did have one and two straight for the tiny table. The road sounds seemed to last all night.

The place was beautiful! The location was nice. I loved that it had a little kitchen and living room. It was also nice and private. We will definitely be back! 🙂

The linen, blankets, and towels did not have a clean smell to them even though they cleaned the room before we came. I don't think the oven worked because I turned it on, and it didn't get hot, plus it looked to clean, lol! Bed was a little lumpy,one side seemed like a hole, and the other side was firmer. Other than that, I loved it!
