I ordered this room to help an immigrant that came into the country with nothing but a 4 year old child and the clothes on her back. When she got to the hotel during business hours it looked abandoned. I tried to call 50 times or more and no one answered. By this time my friends phone died, she had no money and does not speak English so Lesmy and her 4 YEAR OLD CHILD had to literally sleep on the street. I book hotels online all the time and nothing like this has ever happened, I should report you to somebody for fraud or child endangerment. Or perhaps the media would like this story.
