The stuff was very understandable.

No complimentary coffee in lobby in the am. You can buy coffee at the over price restaurant. No usb plug ins way over price. Not what I expected . Will not stay there again. Choose wisely

I will never get the 14 dollar breakfast again. I maintain it was too expensive for the quality of the food. Biscuitville across the street is better quality food and it much less expensive. One can coke/soda is 3 dollars. The room was more than 200 dollars. My room was old and the metal sockets are rusty. The room is not worth 200 dollars in Greenville, NC.
The hotel had a party in the lobby area and you could hear the music vibrating in the guests room. I complained and other guests did as well and nothing was done to stop the loud music after 12 am when I covered my head with blankets to sleep. Horribel night!

Had to go to target to by cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom.. Bath tub was full of hairs.
Toilet wouldn’t flush .. Maintenance was gone for the day. Had to go down to front desk to get a plunger to fix the issue . Didn’t like the took $25.00 from my debit card after they said it was for a hold just in case..

I love this location. much better than the Fairfield Inn-Greenville where I had an awful experience and had to check out early.

the prices on the drinks and snacks downstairs was a bit ridiculous. you pay enough to sleep there for the night. you shouldn’t be price gouging on snacks, like $3 for a water. $3 for a peppermint Patty. that’s a bit much

Breakfast is never included in your room rate, regardless of what it says on any site. It cost $13.95 amd you will be charged for it. The only way to get it "included" in your rate is to book directly with the hotel, and of course, they'll just tack in on to the actual room rate. Also, $25 hold for incidentals will go on your card instead of just a pre-authorization.
