Only good thing about this place was the location.. Convenient you can't choose everything. But was the worst experience experience I have ever had In a hotel.

The staff was rude, We also called the office 3 different times from the time we checked in till we checked in till we checked out the next morning for for pillows and blankets. Never got anything.. And and the people next door to us fought and argued all night and they would not do a thing about it. Worst experience I have ever had in a hotel.

it was disgusting! there were drug dealings going on in the parking lot and rooms. The bedding looked like it had never been washed! There was pee all over the floor and walls in the bathroom and on the mattress cover. We ended up leaving and not staying the second night.

Trouble with electricity in the room, water got warm when I was getting out.

Nothing other then i got a full refund

Room smelled like a cigarette factory, hotel was very dated. Not very clean, found bed bugs. This hotel was so poor quality it should be condemned

We had to switch rooms. The first room was not very good. Old beat up furniture with rips and tears in it. Carpet had a hole in it.

Alot of people there was on drugs n it had bed bug

staff was friendly and went out of there way bring towels to pool etc

weekly/monthly people a bit to be desired

we didn’t stay! Never got out of our vehicle. Definitely not for a family to stay!

While we were there 2 drug deals went down in the parking lot. We left because of that and were told we could not get our money back. Horrible place! I will never go to a trace lodge again!!

Close to the highway, one level, clean

The breakfast that was included was sparse because it was all malto-meal products which meant I couldn't eat anything because i am allergic to wheat and malt products..( you could make waffles in there and they smelled great!) There was two types of cereal - no Orange juice! .I guess any fruit that might have been there was taken by others...I arrived at the breakfast room at 7 am so it has only been open 30 to 60 minutes, there was no hot water in order to make tea yet there were tea bags. If you use the coffee maker in your room to make hot water for tea... You can really taste the coffee flavor!
