The location was great. The staff was nice, the room was old and felt dingy. The door bolt did not lock well. Some other guest was assigned to my room and walked in on my family and I while we were getting ready for bed. The wi-if barely worked which was thought with pre-teen kids.

It is very close to everything which was nice and the staff was pleasant but the room was really old and broken.

The room was falling apart. The door wouldn't shut completely, the water wouldn't turn off in the bathroom. There was only one plug and literally it would fall out of the plug unless you held it. The pool was closed for cleaning the entire time we were. The room was really gross and felt cruddy.

Location was excellent , everything was within walking distance, even the beach was right across the street.

Room could use an update , beds weren’t comfortable at all , parking was very close to other vehicles and only one spot per room . Our room looked like someone try to break in and wasn’t repaired . Rooms did not look like the pictures. Please update rooms

Walking distance to pier, rides and The Beach Nearby breakfast at Richy Rib eye. Small place to order bkf sandwiches, coffee. Other restaurants good, welcoming

There is a train, they offer earplugs. We were tired and slept through it

Beds are very hard. Only 2 pillows on each bed.

the location is perfect

it was outdated and not very clean. the type of guests staying in the rooms around us were questionable and clearly on drugs. non smoking property, but people next door were smoking cigarettes in the room and we could smell it all night. pool was out of service with NO notice at all. room was over priced by $80 for the same room for same price the same night when we checked online.

We loved the location and the staff were all very friendly. We were allowed to check in a little early, which was helpful after our very long drive.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable. The train was loud but the staff provided ear plugs.

there were no bed skirts on the broken down, stained box springs, the beds were extremely worn out, which made for a night of tossing and turning, no decorative blue pillows on bed like in photo, only two small, smelly, flat pillows. the room was ice cold when we arrived (50 degrees and rain outside, no heat on and only 55 in the room) and no extra blankets in the closet. thank goodness we brought febreze because the room smelled “stale” not like cleaner or fresh linens, ( I understand at the beach things are damp and “musty” but this was just not that). the shower had something on it so bad that even after 2 showers taken it was very slippery, those showers were taken after we went and purchased a Loufa because the room didn’t have wash cloths and when I went to the office to ask for some, no one showed up for a few minutes. may all seem small but when added all together, it was not worth the price I paid.
