We loved our stay. The rooms were impeccable and the treatment from staff was superb and very warm. This is shown by the number of repeat guests we met during our stay. Definitely going back.

Beautiful ocean view

Your pictures show on the beach. This was not. But had a view. So it was fine.

We paid for a condo. 2 bedrooms kitchen. And living room. We had 1 teaspoon. 3 large spoons. Not 1 oven dish. No dish towels No paper towels. The kitchen is not equipped. We had to go out and spend more money on dishes. Even though we gave you over 3,000. If you had told us. We would of figured it out. The only good part is the girl who sits in the parking lot. She helped us bring up the baggage. As we didn’t know we had to walk up a ton of stairs. The young lady in your parking lot deserves a raise. Very helpful and accommodating No toilet paper holder in downstairs bathroom. Only overhead bright lights. Very disappointed.

The location was right on the beach and very short walk to the pier and shops.

The indoor pool area was a little tight and nothing special.

The location is great. We had a gorgeous ocean view. We were able to easily get to restaurants without having to drive. It was nice to have the pool as well. It was nice to sit out on the porch except for when people were smoking.

Our room was nice but there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang things up. The location of the outdoor shower and hose was ok but it would be great to have something outside each building. That would help prevent as much sand in the rooms.

Great location and room #8 was big and oceanfront . Also had Adirondack chairs on porch.

Room was updated except bathroom was not updated had very old wallpaper. No iron no safe

On the beach, next to the center . The room was clean and the heat and AC were easy to used.

The gentleman who checked us in was very knowledgeable and pleasent. Also motel was right on the water

The pool was dirty, the chemicals were very strong to the point of unswimable Room was dirty and shower stall very difficult to open, walls were stained and poorly maintained. Again the staff was great, the facility was bad

It was convenient to everything and right on the beach.

The towels in the bathroom was questionable as to whether they were fresh. The way they were hung looked like the last guest may have used them. But I'm sure they were clean. The pillow cases looked like they may not have been clean too. And one of the beds looked like someone had sat on it. Needs to be more care taken in presentation. Also, what really irritated me was, I plugged my phone in to charge overnight and it didnt charge because the outlet did not work. I'm glad we didnt need to use the coffeemaker or the toaster.

We paid extra when we got there because I thought I had booked Ocean View but the site did not do that. The manager gave us Ocean View and it was spectacular. Also the beach was right there so no crossing streets.

Bathroom and Kitchenette were kind of old but they were doing renovations on those rooms so it will be upgraded. It was still clean and comfortable.
