From the check in to simply leaving was horrible. Before we even checked in the woman at the front desk was questioning an ID she had physically rather than checking the age. I asked her nicely was it possible to have the rooms near each other before she even made the keys and she proceeds to say with a very rude attitude "Too late. I already did it". Then goes on to say that when she sees two reservations of the same name she tries to put them close to each other, which makes sense. We go upstairs and the rooms are RIGHT next to each other after she told us that she just put them on the same floor. We dropped our bags off in one room and head next door to the other room to grab the rest of the group and as we are leaving the same woman and a man are trying and asking was the first room our room as well because an odd smell was coming from it. For starters the entire way to our room starting with getting on the elevator smelled like nothing but marijuana. The smell was so bad we decided to take stairs the rest of the weekend!! We were traveling with children for a basketball tournament so it is just mind blowing that they walked by EVERY SINGLE ROOM on that floor and the elevator and decided it was a room that she JUST put me and my kids in not even 20 minutes before she came up with a complaint of an "odd smell". She then says "maybe it is the new supplies the cleaning lady used". Yeah, I do not think so. Walking down the stairs was also just as bad as the elevator smell wise. Their were insides of cigars dumped on the stairs. For it to be a non smoking hotel it is just mind blowing how bad it smelled, because it ONLY smelled like smoke around every corner we would turn. The carpets were ripped up, our vents were covered with something red and sticky, the curtains was disgusting as well the same red stuff was on there and dark spots I am sure was mold. I will never stay at a this place again or any of them.

Well when we got there gave my debit card to pay the money for the room they wanted a deposit and many times I've done stayed there before never messed up and I've even work there they wanted a $75 deposit attitude sucked

Breakfast was a grab and go but good, had 2 rooms . My refrigerator. Stop working and they switched it out before coming back from dinner May be 1 hour and 1/2. Bathroom in other room light blew out told them in morning , came back 3 hours later and was fix . .

Only thing I could recommend is that their cable needs to be better some stations froze think it was a signal issue. Elevator. Floor needed fix was a trip hazard

The staff was nice. The location was good.

I chose this place because we stayed there 5 years ago and it was nice and clean. That was not the case this time. My bed was dirty in the first room they gave us. Had to switch rooms and then the air wasn’t working in that room so we had to switch rooms again . Then we kept having to get key cards made for that room because they wouldn’t work. The carpet was torn or snagged and filthy in all 3 rooms. The bathrooms were fairly clean. The room smelled stale like someone may have smoked in it. The lobby was blocked off by caution tape. The elevators floor had flooring chipped out here and there.

in Cartersville for work my family and my welding partner family came in town on different occasions and they made sure to put the rooms closer and was not bothered much seeing that we worked night shift.

nothing really besides one housekeeping getting mad that I told her we was not checking out. she got mad and started talking in Spanish not knowing my partner speaks Spanish. but everything else was great

The evening staff was awesome

The staff was excellent! The shower head was phenomenal!

We could not get the TV to work. The coffee pot did not work. There was no microwave or refrigerator. Breakfast was awful. There was no coffee at breakfast.

Poor communication between staff, double charging card, changing prices of reservations at the time of checkin, staff would up prices certain months, didn't clean room daily, people smoking in non smoking facility. A lot of drug activity on property, noisy when trying to sleep at night for work next morning!!!

We liked the fact that it had a breakfast that someone could actually get somewhat full from that is until recently when the choices off food offered dwindled.

If all of the rooms offered a refrigerator and microwave in all rooms and not just suites.

2nd room I rented smelled weird. And looked like it was a half price room for a reason. But would stay again…
