The desk clerk was really nice. He was willing to help with anything. It is a hotel that caters to animals. If you are traveling with your pet, this is the place for you.

The place smelled like urine. If you don’t have pets, you do not want to stay at this hotel. We walked into our room and all I could smell was urine. It was musty and I had an instant headache.

Location was convenient for me

The staff took my towel and washcloth, I had to go to find staff to ask for these things two separate morning. I killed a ROACH in my room

The staff was welcoming and friendly.

They didn’t have the room I booked well in advance. They put is in a double bed room when we asked for a single queen. My husband and I had to sleep in separate beds because we could not sleep comfortably on one bed due to him being 6’. We also had our dogs traveling with us. The double bed room took away from the room they would have had in the room we originally booked to play after riding in the car.

The second room was nice. My original room smelled like cigarette smoke being covered by heavy perfume

I didn’t like a $100 damage fee assessed on check in to be reimbursed. It has been a long while since I stayed at a hotel. When the damage fee is larger than the room charge, I have issues. The free breakfast didn’t look worth it. I went to a nice place for a real breakfast

The staff was exceptional

Neighbors kids were trying to open the door to the my room, and they had a small dog that wouldn’t stop barking

It was clean and close to everything. 10mins to family fun
