The bathroom could use some upgrades, but the rest of the room looks pretty nice,very clean and comfortable

That we were offered and paid for late check out at 4 and still had our sleep disturbed with housekeeping knocking on the door and the front desk calling. Got in at 7a that morning and couldn’t get the sleep we came there to get before getting on the road to go home.

2nd time staying here and it will definitely not be the last 😍

Breakfast is good .

Smells like marijuana in the whole hotel. I checked out by dropping my keys off in the check out box. No one was at the front desk. They charged me for another night of stay!

The bathroom was not we’ll maintain (toilet dirty, shower curtain torn, shower handle “modified “ with toilet paper to keep it in place, bed less that comfortable)

When I got there the hotel was already paid for but the lady said she needed a card on file. She also said I wasn’t going to be charged when she put the info in I got a bank alert saying she tried to charge it. When I asked about it she said “ because you booked through the booking they didn’t pay for the full room, it’s also like that . I didn’t tell you because I didn’t want to argue” they also made up some excuse about the key machine not working so I couldn’t get a key made. After I drop my stuff off, I left the hotel only to come back to them with my belongings behind the desk. The reason was “you weren’t all the way checked in” when I got to my room I noticed someone came in while I was gone and taken a shower leaving the wet rag in the tub. I don’t know if I got this treatment because I’m a black male or what but it’s weird because the white couple with me did the same thing got there at the same time and left at the same time but nun of their belongings were bothered they didn’t have to present a card for incidentals either

Staff was great

Bed wasn’t made properly, mold in the bathroom, the couch is old and worn out and dirty. The whole room smelled like cigarettes and smelled wet. The pool was not clean at all. I just needed a nap because I was traveling it won’t happen again. I will not stay here again.

I was pleased by the relative cleanness of the room. Reviews had not given the top cleaners awards. Therefore I had brought my own pillow. Country Inn and Suites has a good reputation to I booked because of the value and price of the room.
