Could enter without steps

The bathroom was not handicapped accessible which we had requested.

good for the price. not a fancy place, but does the job. breakfast is just OK. liked the hard surface floors. proximity to town is good.

construction workers use this hotel. not a problem really, but being the low price hotel in town, the clientele is a little marginal.

people were smoking pot in the hotel and room was on the 3rd floor so we got to smell it as well not something you like around little kids that needs addressed

The location was close to the facility we were going to.

Our key didn't work, we were told to move the door knob, this still didn't work. Needed a new battery for the key pad which was replaced while we were gone. We were originally told this wasn't a big deal or emergency so it would be replaced between 9-10pm. When we came back our key didn't work, gave us new key still didn't work. We were told it needed reprogrammed for the new battery. I think being able to get into our room with our key and not have to go to the front desk every time is a big deal. I think this should have been handled differently. I would have stayed somewhere else if it would have been an option.

Good breakfast. clean but a lot broken stuff, 1 room really smelled if smoke but they immediately went in and ran ozone machine while we left helped alot.

That booking.com showed me 1 price and when checked in cost us a lot more than what was quoted!!😡

The location of the hotel was perfect for where we needed to be close to.

No hairdryer in room. When one was brought, it did not work! Blood on the bathroom door. Breakfast was inedible. The biggest complaint....BEDBUGS!!!!!!!! AND, STAFF COULD HAVE CARED LESS! WE WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WILL RECOMEND THE SAME FOR FRIENDS!

my tablet was bigger than the television and had a cat urine type odor in our room.

location was good. the interior was rundown. smelled like cigarette smoke and some unknown odor. the exterior was only part of building tha was within reasonably acceptable condition! shower had hot water

smell. the worn out carpet in hall. 30 galllon trash can in hall with cardboard stashed around it. mop and soiled towel stored by steps going down to lower level from a foot from front desk. apathetic staff at front desk, could have greeted me upon me entering building to register with friendly greeting. the carpet in hallway had large patches of areas tha look like bleach had been spilled on it in couple areas. broken lamps in room, one with lightbulb.

The location was the only good thing.

The cleanliness was subpar. Everything about the room felt dirty. There was used bar soap pieces in the shower and someone’s hair on one of the bath towels. The floor and walls had visible dirt. The lamp shades were covered in dust and looked like no one had cleaned the room in years.
