Walk in handicap shower is great rather then the tub with bars. Great queen mattress.

There was a party going on in the eating area when I arrived. I was concerned about this. In my room I could not hear it so that was good. What I did hear. Was a drunk fall on the stairs. My room was next to the stairs.

I liked it because it wasn't on the third floor so I was on the bottom floor so it made it easy for me they had me on the third floor and I would have been a pain in my butt and I don't think I could have walked up and down the stairs you know three flight of stairs so it was good that they put me where they did

I tried to explain to the manager and have him come mail the room and see how gross and disgusting the room was that I couldn't even take my dog into it because whatever the smells and filth on the one bed was was tripping him out and since he went switch me out rooms I ended up sleeping in the car with my dog and then he proceeded to contact me the next morning and try to tell me that the cleaning people found cigarettes in that room I wasn't even in it for 5 minutes so that just proved that they hadn't cleaned it from the people before because I showed him the beds were disgusting with crumbs and stuff on them there wasn't any towels It had not been cleaned and they were trying to charge me $200 when I didn't even stay in it and they had already charged me a hundred bucks and wouldn't even put me in a decent room that my dog and I could sleep in Everything. To much . If someone called me I would explain but I am not sitting in hold to be hung up on yet again to try to get any type of assistance. Will never ever stay at a super 8 anywhere in the world again because of this situation and I'm not real sure I'll ever use booking.com again because this was horrible

Well not sure where to start it was truly the Roach motel or more like the bedbug breeding grounds. They people one room down were trying to make the best out if it by getting high you 100% fail a drug test just by breathing. I can say that it had hot water thankfully so you could disinfect yourself with the bugs i didn't dare go to the breakfast.all for a whopping 215.00 dollars a night save your money folks and sleep in the car.a real seedy area.
