Check-in experience was good. staff was generous. Room cleanliness in general was good too.

Breakfast options could be better though. May want to start providing set of toiletries including tooth brush and paste

I love everything, breakfast, my room was very clean, Excellent service, in overall all was great.

The deluxe room was okay

The manger and staff lied and said I didn’t pay for these days kicked me out and haven’t refunded me my money. they said I threatened them by saying my kids are getting dropped of soon (two 7year olds and 3year old) called the cops and lied saying a staff in my room with me( never had staff in my room) seen a gun on me which was my torch lighter so I was immediately put in handcuffs exiting the motel. Now I’m out 300$ and can’t even go on the property to retrieve it.

this property is advertised with a pool that is one of the main reasons we picked it. the pool was closed but that is not stated on website. this was very disappointing since that was reason we choose this hotel

The breakfast was fine, but the eggs were a little crusty, the pancake machine broke down the 3rd day, and the milk was sour for two days. But they did say they would dump the rest of the milk

The pool was closed. They didn't replace the coffee and cups.
