The location is great, size of rooms, outstanding. Beds and bedding was luxurious. Bathtub was a bonus.

It needs attention and maintenance. Our key took 10-20 attempts to open the door each time, ugh! When we mentioned it to staff, someone else chimed in with how they also struggled and she just shrugged and said to us both, yes, the locks are a problem.

The room was nice with a full kitchen, workspace and comfortable seating. The price was great for the room.

The front desk attendant barely spoke two words during check in and the same attendant was on the phone when I checked out so they motioned for me to leave the room keys. I came back in to get my second bag and the attendant was off the phone but still didn’t speak to me. Parking was an additional fee of $10 a day. It wasn’t a big deal since the room was a great value, but I wish the parking would have been included in the original rate and not an add on.

Very comfortable and inviting hotel. Breakfast was good. Attendant for check-in was sweet and inviting. Room had a full size fridge, stove, and small dishwasher. The bathroom was a good side, and didn't feel cramped. Good value for the price.

Needs better/more pillows. A different attendant left our key cards on the counter, somewhat ignoring us upon check out. Small parking lot.

Suite was spacious and comfortable

Getting charged for parking when that wasn't part of the reservation originally. There was plenty of parking in the area, why charge for parking when it wasn't necessary or should have been included in the rate.

Clean, close to the cycling trails, convenient.

Nothing on this visit. The last visit the refrigerator hummed all night

I liked the location for us. We could drive a little to go get something to eat.

Well when we got there, there wasn’t anyone at the front desk and I had to go out to get them because they don’t put their sign up saying there going to break. Getting into our room was hard. You had to slam into the door to open it. When you walked in it had a nasty smell. I had to spray Lysol to get rid of the smell. There were two pillows that were stained and two of the towels looked dirty.

Good, consistent with continental breakfast.

Quality of toiletries and dispensers was disappointing. Toilet paper was like what you’d expect at a gas station .
