The location was within walking distance of downtown Folsom. The room was smallish but comfortable. We did not have breakfast there. I liked that the hotel was busy with lots of folks coming and going.

We were on the second floor, facing the parking lot, near the elevators and it was very noisy. The doors slamming in the hall echoed, there was an event space across the parking lot and up the hill so loud music sounded like it was blasting towards our room and drunk wedding people loud outside.

Breakfast choices were very good.

I would like a coffee station for self service. Restaurant service can be slow.

The staff was very friendly and it was easy to get to our destination. Enjoyed using the little taxi guy to take us to dinner. Enjoyed the lcoation.

when first arrived the smell of our room was not good, immediately went to front desk and let them know, they sent someone up to spray room, apparently the rugs had been cleaned recently and that was the smell.

The pool and garden area were great. The beds were very comfortable.

It desperately needs a facelift outside and inside. You are in Folsom in a great location. It should show.

It was a great location close to several restaurants, stores and the lake.

Loved our stay! We will stay again when in Folsom.
