Comfy, small, yummy breakfast options and the housekeeper was so nice.

Just some small stain on the bottoms of mattress bed skirt. Looks like someone dropped something and it didn’t get cleaned. Easy of overlook. The primary beding was clean and comfy.

The location was good, easily accessible, I am sorry to report the room was filthy used coffee cup on counter, opened and used soap bars on counter beds under sheets were filthy, urine stained.the floors were not swept, the corners in shower hadn't been cleaned inover a month. We selected best Western because of its good reputation, now I am going to have a problem staying with you. Sorry to have to report this but I thought you would like to know.

the location can’t be beat. the staff friendly and helpful from the time we enter until leaving (housekeeping included) we very friendly! very tasty breakfast with many choices. the scrambled eggs surprise me how fresh and flavorful they were as well as great sausage! everything seemed to be good quality products used.

i too live in MN and understand the weather and though it can’t be prevented and can be hard to keep up with, this isn’t a complaint per day but rather could be a liability and that’s the end doors opposite end of entrance doors to check in wasn’t shoveled well and it was tough walking and carrying baggage and we some some slips happen. that appeared to be an emergency door as well! just FYI!

Tub was very slippery to stand upright and shower

Location is very convenient, close to highway exit. Breakfast was above average, fresh items well stocked. Facility very quiet. Staff very friendly & helpful.

Shower head was EXTRA high, maybe 7 feet, barely reachable to adjust direction. The spray pattern was not adjustable from a fine mist setting. Tub was very slippery, no safety protection available.
