Newly renovated room, very clean. Had a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Best room we stayed in the whole trip.

Next to the Interstate, all indoor rooms, like a hotel, No separate breakfast room, it was in the lobby. Parking lot was not lite well. Not that close to town, more in an industrial area.

The bed was comfortable , pillows could use some new ones.

The fact that some of the towels racks were coming of the walls And house keeping making noise to early in the morning like people needs some rest you know.

the rooms are falls apart and the floors are lifting up an the bedding had some stains on both beds , it was really nasty to stay there

The price. I guess it's true- you get what you pay for.

We were put in a room with the A/C malfunctioning. It was 113 degrees outside and 86 degrees in the room. The front desk clerk gave us the keys to a room with working A/C and we moved ourselves. While the beds were made and there were clean towels in both rooms, there was trash and debris on the floor in both rooms. The paint was pealing off the walls in the bathroom in both rooms. There were bugs in the rooms.

Bed sheets were dingy and had holes in them. Room was disgustingly dirty! Had no toiletries had to go ask for toilet paper at the front desk where the girl was just so rude. Door key keep disabling and once again front desk was beyond rude had me standing while she was on a personal call without even acknowledging me and telling me she’d be right with me she just completely ignored me till she was done. Floors are disgusting and showers. Do not stay here!

No breakfast offered due to Covid

AC was not cooling enough to have a pleasant night sleep. Microwave door was broken. Was charged $25 extra for a late check even though they voiced that I could check-out at 12:30 at no charge.

Maid service. Raise bar of expectations in quality services and cleanliness with an equation for success. The reality is you can't please everyone. Above all,demonstrated open communication and respect in trust truth and teamwork.

AC unit not working to expectations. TV had only one channel (Spanish). Not what promoted. Pool not clean. A lot of noise from upstairs day and night.

Breakfast was a little weak.

Milk and cereal would have been nice
