Never stayed here so can’t say.

We made a reservation online only to be told their were no rooms available when we arrived. Because we made the reservation so late, the system automatically assumed it was for the next day. We were disappointed but accepted since they said they would not charge us since we elected to pay at facility and only put card on file for incidentals. We instead had to drive an hour away to a hotel that had vacancy. Well fast forward to Monday, and my credit card was CHARGED $143 dollars for a room we never stayed at! I called the hotel and all the front desk person would say is that you made the reservation through booking.com and would need to contact them. I’ve since contacted booking.com and they are adamant this is the hotel correction to make. This has been a frustrating ordeal and exactly why pple don’t trust business practices. Had we stayed at the room we would gladly pay but that was not the case.

Room was really nice. Super clean and nice shower.

Bathtub was unkept and the room smelled terrible.

Lackluster and cold breakfast, not so friendly staff and not the most comfortable hotel room and accommodations.

The downstairs amenities are nice and there is a nice bar and area for non-alcoholic drinks as well (lemon water) and various teas and coffee. Also, an area to purchase drinks and ice cream and snacks.

When I arrived no one was at the lobby to check me in. Only a sign that said they were sorry they missed me and to leave your room number and a note. Well, I had not even been checked in. I had somewhere else I needed to be and this process of getting someone there took about 20 mins. NO ONE was there so I eventually had to get the bartender to assist me. Finally, the front desk staff showed up and she did not apologize or anything. I felt this was extremely poor customer service and the only reason I didn't rate staff lower was because the bartender stated they were extremely understaffed. I paid WAY over what this room was valued at. This is NOT a $255 a night room. I was very disappointed overall because of these issues.

The bed was very comfortable!

The only problem i experienced was that the light in the shower didn’t work and the bulb in the mirror was out. So the bathroom was a little darker than I would have wanted. Also there was no parking available.

Would have liked a wheel in shower for my husband. It was a little hard getting him in and out of the disability tub. But it was spacious enough to get his chair in and out.

The first room assigned to us, had not been cleaned.Beds were unmade.Reassigned another room. One of the beds in our room tilted toward the floor. Had to sleep sideways on the bed.

We left the room the first day at 11 am and when we arrived back at 2:30 pm the room was still not clean, we had no clean towels or toilet paper, the beds weren’t made, I had to go to the front desk and requested for housekeeping to clean our room, and yes, I made sure to hang on the door the notice for housekeeping to enter the room to clean. Breakfast was very disorganized, they didn’t have enough plates, not enough food, the tables were dirty and we had to clean our own. The second day we didn’t even bothered to go downstairs for the free breakfast. I don’t think I’ll stay there again. We were told the bar closed at 11 pm, but the bar closed at 9:45 pm.
