The front desk people were great
The floor was dirty and there were roaches

Nice room set up. Good kitchenette, two TV's. Quiet.
Bed was too soft, and the floor seeped water after it rained. (There was renovation going on, though, so that may have been responsible).

No tenían servicios de Desayuno abierto, ni la piscina y mal servicio de televisión y internet. En realidad casi nunca tuvimos acceso. El Jacuzzi no le servía la Tapa para utilizarlo.

It was extremely clean. The room was spacious with 2 TV's and a refrigerator. Perfect size!

Booking.com showing ocean view, it’s lie , no ocean here. They lied there is breakfast. There is no breakfast. We whipped table and sofa too much dirt and it was not clean. We asked time extention going out to eat breakfast and coming back they gave us only 45 minutes.

The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The end of the bed made noises though, but other than that, the bed made the stay worth it
The shower had some visible potential mold where caulking is. Kitchen that you need to bring your own pots and pans. Couch felt like it needed to be updated.
