Staff willingness to help and solve problems

Price was not what was expected, had to continue swiping my card, old machines had to use debit card it showed paid on my end decline at the desk, paid twice wow

The staff were friendly and the exterior/interior were beautiful.

1. Stain on bedding (didn’t see until following movie) 2. Dinner at restaurant was overpriced and not tasty 3. The ac was so noisy and kept waking us up through the night 4. There were 3 different dogs barking at intervals 5. I’m allergic to marijuana and could smell someone smoking it through the walls. Instant migraine and nausea… 6. The pool was too cold to swim in

The breakfast was good and the cook was very welcoming. Also the front office staff were great as well. The place was quite and met my needs.

It was quiet, staff was friendly, had everything we needed….breakfast was good buffet was nice just would have been nice to have menu items too

Breakfast was delicious. The staffing were great as well. The location was perfect because it's down the street from multiple restaurants. There also aren't any other companies close by the hotel.

There is only one thing that bothered me. There was no trash bags in our trash cans. I didn't want to put the trash in the trash bin so loosely. So, we used the bag that was stored in the closet as a trash bag.

The fact that the power went out. They ran out of towels. No back up generators. And no hot water

we were under the impression that breakfast was included and it was a paid buffet :( room was small and cramped and location was further away from our destination than we thought

Staff were pretty nice hotel was clean and pretty in front location

They had a swingers party and we were not warned and no security or curtains or blocks and my 14 yr old niece caught a visual she shouldn't have and thankfully she wasn't with me when I caught ppl having sex with door open. .I was very disappointed and we couldn't use ppl cause of this event for 2 days and we were NOT warned and then the way they do brwakfast...I prepaid and they basically said my other person wasn't allowed to eat even though they didn't even find info to give me ticket she said I could only have 1 ticket which is for 2 ppl no matter how many I booed at the time of paying for it. And out room toilet didn't flush ptoperly

No breakfast was available but we were told it was free! 9.00 a plate? Bar and restaurant were closed
