Nothing at all very disappointed.

EVERYTHING.!!!!!! i didn’t like the fact I couldn’t base my opinion on how unsanitary and pleasant it was. it had roaches meeting you at the door the Indian man at the front desk was tryna have a power trip while we’re discussing payment. The wall paper looked water damaged and the room came dirty sheets had stains in them from before. The only thing was good about them was the ppl they had working under them they were pleasant and kind but everything else was completely a rip off oh yea when I demanded a refund he tried to make us say sorry about our opinion on the property before giving me my money back. so if this is a place that I can have my freedom of speech at to everybody lookin for a decent get away never go here next thing you know you’ll a have a roach in your ear telling you it’s his world…. God Bless America!!!!!!!!

Price and the bed was the only good thing about this place. Although didn't get much of a chance to sleep.

The family next door with kids trying to break in the rooms adjoining door. Then the music blasting until 10:30. Then starting up again at 2. Someone asking them to be quite 7 in the morning. Guest replied with you come back and you'll be going to hospital. Even the guests upstairs jumping up and down on their floor trying to shut them up. Staff did nothing.

I liked the fact that it was just off the interstate.

It was dirty. Looked like a lot of water damage had happened most rooms were closed due to construction. There was a robbery there the night previous and when we pulled up there were cops in the parking lot. We didn't stay. My 10 year old didn't feel comfortable or even safe there.

there was bugs everywhere in every room we looked at and the staff was the worst ever! completely disrespectful and I would never go there again! and I will be sure to tell everyone not to go there as well! I will be sure to spread the word on how horrible that property is!

hall carpets, elevator and stairways are filthy. Hallways stink of various odors from tobacco and marijuana smoke to a general smell of decay. Room was clean, beds comfortable and reasonably furnished with necessary items. 1/2 roll of toilet paper. People are allowed to stand right in the entrances to smoke. A guy just outside one side door was smoking pot in his truck. I know it's legal in Illinois but I don't want to stay where it is allowed.

Rooms set up good but there are roaches and bed bugs not terribly but those stay here too at an discounted rate lol also there's a laundry room with one dated washer & dryer that doesn't work the pool isnt in working orders.

it was dirty. the floors were gross. the lock on our door was broken. we we’re supposed to have a king room got there and got two double beds after they couldn’t find our reservation.

Absolutely nothing this place is disgusting I wouldn't let a rat stay here. The room was not clean there was stains all over the floor the carpet was coming up the was no door sill between the bathroom and room creating a trip hazard. There were coach roaches everywhere. The sink was leaking everywhere the matesses were old and torn there where holes in the walls. The window in the room was broken. There was even an adult toy left in a drawer. The room was not clean at all. This is a hotel that I wouldn't even bother to stop at or think about staying at. I will be contacting there local health department as when we reported the issues to them they kicked us out of the hotel, change our key and tried to refuse us back in the room to get out stuff till the cops were threatened to be called on them.

It was bad. The place smelled like pot and there was bugs. The breakfast was bad. Two of us are diabetic and there was nothing but old bananas.

They gave me a refund.

First room they gave us hadn't been cleaned from previous customer and the only other room they had available didn't have an ac unit that worked. The place stunk, was nasty and if we had stayed I would have slept with my clothes on not under the covers. There were 2 high end vehicles that came and went while we were in the parking lot that made us think drug deals were going on at such a trashy hotel. The pictures made it seem fine when booked but I wouldn't recommend that place to anyone.
