We loved the spacious room, and super comfortable beds and comforter. The complimentary snacks were a really nice to touch, especially when traveling with so many kids. The breakfast was lavish and had lots of variety. It had something for everyone. Very classy and comfortable stay.

The valet parking only option. I would like some other option than expensive valet parking to stay at the hotel. The valet people were very nice, but it adds an extra $50 to your stay.

Very clean, the staff were all friendly and helpful. By far the nicest place we have ever stayed. It was prime location to get to the cardinals game and not to far from other places we went. Loved that the room was separate from the living room area so my husband and I could have privacy and our daughter could be in her own space. The breakfast was exceptional. I have never stayed anywhere that had a breakfast that nice. We would have loved to been able to go to the bar but with our daughter with us it made it difficult. It’s is awesome that it is part of the stay.

The only thing I have to complain about is that there was not a Bible in the bed side table. I understand that this isn’t a big deal to most and I did bring my own but you never know who’s life that Bible might change. My husband did also complain about the bed. He said it was not comfortable and it hurt his back.

I like the location and it was very clean.

Getting out of there was crazy do to the football game going on and traffic was crazy. Better organized when that is happening.

Clean and the staff was very friendly

I enjoyed the hotel staff. Dre at the atrium was great server. Pool was fun. Getting fit was fun !

The weed smell is the lobby. The elevators ( there was only 1 elevator working )

Uncomfortable beds, tub was broken water couldn't be routed from tub up to shower, they have an empty broken hot tub which wasn't disclosed, my children couldn't use pool because one family was allowed to leave their children & disregard the rules, be unsafe & disruptive. Asked for help yet staff didn't care when I brought issues to their attention. Not sure if was a race issue or they was friends issue but we’re extremely disappointed.

The girls who work the front desk AMAZING they are kind and quick to try and help they have wonderful customers service some of which should be taught to their boss. The guy who works the bar I don't drink but my husband went down and he was super friendly with everyone greatly people with this big smile that was nice to see

The manager attitude his lack of any responsibility about anything. The hotels says it has a restaurant it does not it serves bar food burgers wings potatoe skins not restaurant food. I was told I'd be on an upper floor with a view well there is no view but never being to St louis I had no clue and the upper floor the promised in a email yes that became the second floor for the must spit in your face reason. Then we are there multiple days for our anniversary and spending over 900 in your hotel and your Manger things giving us 50 off our bill sould be good enough. Then at breakfast you guy a man walking around in dirty clothes huge and I mean huge wholes in the underarms of both sides of his shirt so that his hair is showing just what you want leaning over your table getting it set up for you. It looks bad for the hotel and it makes it look dirty
