Cleanliness

Close to where we needed to go.

Pillows are to flat for me. There wasn't but 1 or two towels and wash cloths. Had to ask for some. Only saw one housekeeper no one to ask about things.

They only had a smoking room and it advertised and had none. It was run down looking in our room. A/c unit was not in good shape and ceiling in bathroom was torn. Definately not the kind of place we are used to staying at in Branson.

The location was great. The staff was really nice.

It wasn't all that clean. There were bed bugs so bad that the dead bugs were lined up in the seams of the mattresses. The wall under the window was half paneling and had water damage and busting. The light switch didn't work either.

Unexpectedly the room had a large jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. Unfortunately, we didn't get to use it.

The sheets appeared dirty, there was hair on the sheets and pillow cases. There wasn't a coffee pot. I had to call twice about both things. We didn't get the coffee pot until mid afternoon. Next morning, I found out the filter had used pods in it and the pot was dirty. When we got home around 10 pm, the sheets still hadn't been changed. We couldn't even go to bed for another hour until someone finally got there and changed the sheets.

The location

Booked a non smoking room and got a smoking room.. My kids and i had a headache within 10 min. Of walking in our room.. asked for a new room and was told they are sold out.. even with the parking lots completey empty at 11 pm. Light bulb was burnt out in the bathroom when we arrived. Shower was absolutely disgusting. No trashcan. Stains on towels, sheets, and bedding, shower curtain was disgusting. Hair was in the sink and tub. Huge pot holes on the parking lot. Neighbors were screaming all night and could hear everything they were saying at 330 am. Walls are very thin. Feet were black from walking on the carpet barefoot all day

Cleanliness, or lack there of, the gentleman from the front desk seemed bothered any time I had to interact with him. I booked 2 rooms, when we arrived (it was late at night) the office was closed (which isn’t an issue, again it was late) the gentleman came down and got me registered. Room 1 was found wide open and freezing because of that. Room 1 had a very dusty bathtub which leads me to believe/conclude it isn’t cleaned properly prior to guests arriving. Room 2 was very obviously not cleaned, the bed wasn’t made, the room wasn’t in any sort of order. Overall was a very dissatisfied encounter.
