I couldn't walk in the place. Renovations being done, not handicap accessible. Was having knee replacement surgery, on walker. Requested refund from hotel and Hotels.com with no luck. Kay Cavanaugh

Same as above, couldn't walk in there handicapped with construction mess. No refund issued, had to stay somewhere else.

Enjoyed having a full breakfast offered. The room was a little cold at first, but heat worked much better the second night of our stay.

Someone used the bathroom and had urine all over the toilet and floor and room smelled of smoke

The rooms in the atrium were very nice. Even though the two room on the outside were very nice. The breakfast was great.

I thought I booked all three of our rooms in the atrium, but two were not. They were not able to change them because they were prepaid with booking.com

Breakfast was wonderful, room was very clean.

Had a problem with the shower, but the staff came out and fixed right away.

Staff was very rude when making complaints about issues within the room or atrium area. When ask for the air to be turned up due to the conference room being so cold, the staff gave attitude. They do not clean your room change trash or towels unless you request during your stay. My toilet stopped working on the second day of my stay. Was told I couldn’t receive an extra sheet they aren’t allowed to give those out. Also they charge for any one over the age of 12 per day. Which I have never heard of in the many hotels I have stayed in through out the country. Just an overall horrible stay.

The property is being renovated but even with that, it was well kept.

A few areas that were kind dark. There should be cameras in the stair wells that are dark for safety reasons. Ex three stars by room 225

I enjoyed complimentary breakfast. I liked the hotel room and available parking. I liked the work of the hotel staff to ensure my stay was great.
