Location was decent.

The elevator was not working and I was on the 3rd floor. For the price I paid things should’ve been more clean and workable. I was not satisfied with my stay.

Everything was great super clean.

It was dirty, the bathroom floors felt nasty and sticky

Staff was so friendly and welcoming!

Trash Bags were left out in hallway. No breakfast. Door didn’t lock properly. Paint on doors were chipped and other small things that looked like they needed freshened up.

Bed was comfortable. They had a mini convience store for snacks if needed. It was conveniently located. The staff was very pleasant And helpful.

Room smelled smoky which is probably why it was left open when I checked it. There was hair in the shower that was not mine. The door jam/lock was not functioning properly. I needed help both times to get into my room. I had issues with the door key. The room was outdated. Paint chipping, mirror and cabinet pulls were rusted.

Where do I even start. Let's go down the list. Don't let the pictures on the website fool you. It fooled us. This is a pet friendly hotel which means horrible smell throughout. Even worse smell in the rooms. Then they try to cover it up with scented powder which made it worse. Carpet was frayed by overuse and stains. Counters had permanent stains on them. The back entrance door to get inside was insecure. Just didn't feel safe. Let's just say my wife said she will not stay the night. We didn't even unpack and got a room across the highway.Of the hundreds of hotels the wife and I have stayed in sorry to say this was the worst.

The breakfast could have been a little better and more of hot foods.

I didn’t like that there wasn’t a pool and more food to choose from for breakfast.
