Room was clean and we enjoyed going to the attached restaurant for dinner. We had plenty of space.
There was limited lighting in the room and bathroom. The makeup mirror died after 15 minutes of use. The shower required instructions to use and the overhead pressure was poor. No one came into our room overnight so we did not get clean towels or our beds made. The outlets by the desk also didn’t work. Also not a fan of the price we had to pay for parking.

Easy check-in. Unique boutique hotel, had a lot of charm. The beds were comfortable, the room was spacious, the bathroom was very well updated. I liked that there was a restaurant in the hotel and many available just steps from the hotel. Street parking was easy.
The exterior door to the room did not block a lot of sound so I could hear people coming and going around us all night.

Overall theme and feel of the place is amazing. The location is centralized to everything downtown. King suite was spacious, the room decor was modern but modest. Loved the espresso machine. $25 Valet parking was very secure inside a private garage. Didn't once worry about where my car was when going around town.
Both remotes to both TVs had issues. A variety of buttons didn't work on either. Poor lighting in the bedroom. Shower had very little water pressure. Took a 10 minute shower, half of it in blazing hot water, until my wife found the note with directions. I've never seen anything so complicated!

Bed was super comfortable, awesome location, friendly staff.
Water Pressure was pretty bad, and AC wasn't great. Parking Ramp was full, we had to park in an open lot a block down.

The restaurant located on site was wonderful! Perfect hotel for a getaway with my husband! The art deco style and modern upgrades were great too! Would definitely recommend to others.

Our hotel stay was prepaid via Booking.com. The hotel then charged us the second time upon checkout, promised to resolve this, but then never refunded the duplicate charges. Multiple attempts to clear this out were not successful. Messages were never answered, the manager never returned my call. I do not appreciate being ripped off.

Stayed here with a small group for a fun long weekend. The hotel is really great. Really cool art deco design. Clean, comfortable. My room happened to be quite large, like a suite on the top floor: lots of windows, bit of a view, couch and chairs, really spacious, but I know others in my group had regular-sized typical hotel rooms, but just as lovely. Location is great. Friendly helpful staff. It was nice NOT staying at a big chain hotel…not sure if this on is owned by one of the biggies but they don’t splash that in your face.
Only small nits: no airport transfers. And the water pressure was pretty bad (plenty of hot water which was nice since it was bitterly cold during our trip). Also, curiously, they have these nice shower setups with rainfall shower head along with wall sprayers and a detachable wand, but you can only use one at a time…would have been nice to use the overhead rainfall and the side water jets. But maybe I missed how to do that…

Jeff was AMAZING!! He gave us all the good places and sites to go see! It was like having our own tour guide. All employees were so nice and helpful and by the end of our stay they knew my voice when I called down for the valet! The attentiveness to details and making our visit so special is something we will never forget!!
