Nice facility. I'll stay there again!

Noisy people Above us.

Very quiet and comfortable room. The swimming area and hot tub well looked after and spacious. Great breakfast and good coffee.

Front desk was friendly. Room was very clean.

Very noisy at times. The soda machines didn't have any of the flavors of soda; only water. There was no hot water for tea; only coffee, and even that became low, old, and cold throughout the day. Miss the wine and beer "happy hour/social hour".

Breakfast was the standard. Room was OK.

Staff had trouble interacting with a woman sobbing about an injured child. As a hotel used for hospital patient family and relations they may need more training for that role. That is their customer base.

Size of the suite, pool with waterslide, complimentary breakfast and drinks.

No soap in bathroom, only 2 bath towels provided (we are a family of 5), room phone did not work.

There was a good selection of foods and drinks at breakfast.

Poor customer service at the front desk, overall dirty-looking on the inside of the building (although the beds did seem clean), soaps and towels were not restocked, and very over-priced for what we got. I spent that amount expecting a more comfortable stay.

Nothing. We will not stay at this hotel nor any in this chain again.

It was filthy! The carpeting needed to be cleaned. All of the flooring needed to be cleaned. There was debris on the floor under the bed skirt but within sight. There was literally “gunk” in the space on the refrigerator where guests put there hand to open it. So much for the hotel’s sanitizing of high touch areas. There was usually food, I.e.French fries, on the breakfast tables in the mornings. The “pool” is not designed for adult use; it is a children’s water park. However, I asked a swimsuit-clad child how the pool was, thinking she loved it, but the parent said the hotel must be trying to save money, because the pool was too cold, and the child only got in the hot tub. Not only can carpets be cleaned, but a hose and nozzle can clean the concrete at the entrance. I could ho on, but there’s no need. Unless you enjoy dirty, find another facility.
