Very clean comfortable room.

The way all the doors slam. Need to work on the automatic closer so they don’t slam and bang at 2 am! Door B really slams.

The pool was broken they didn’t notify us

The pool was freezing which was disappointing. There was stains on the bedspread, the tables and lamps were dusty, and the shower had red stuff all along the seam of the tub and the shower wall. The phone was also missing buttons and the desk chair was ripped along the back and peeling off.

Some of the furniture in the room needs attention. The beds were great though

It was great an actually as a whole it was great but I wish there was bacon on my stay.

I didn’t like for some reasons but I bit you guys will be able to improve it of-coarse. In my hotel room one of the chairs staples for the upholstery was coming off and it seen better days where we got a scratch when we when inside. I wish you should check the condition with your chairs because it would be a safety hazard. We didn’t bother to complain and end putting it in the corner. I wish someone was also delivering towels I end-up grabbing one my self in the front counter and bring it to my room. This is minor instance not bad but just saying it would be bad if we got a metal cut from the staples aside from causing tetanus it might have rust. It just a piece of advise for the next customers. We loved staying in that place. We wanted to stay longer, but we only needed one day for that trip. We will definitely be back if we need to visit the place again.

The bed was comfy and the room was very clean!! We didn't eat breakfast but the area was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful .

There was nothing to dislike

The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom clean, lots of towels. I liked that there was a little "happy hour" in the evening. Thanks for having bran cereal!

I would appreciate a little more fresh fruit, perhaps strawberries or bananas. The liquid soap is a nice touch, but was empty in the shower.
