The room was clean, large, and nicely decorated. The location was good.
The breakfast was mostly made of items packaged in plastic that can be purchased at a grocery store. It was served in what seemed like a hallway. The breakfast area was cramped. The parking lot was very tight.

The main purpose of a hotel is to provide a good bed to sleep in and a bathroom to clean up in. The bad was horrible., A four posted steel bed that moves around and bangs against the wall when there is the slightest movement on the bed while being on an incredibly worn out and uncomfortable matress doesn't do it for me, especially since this was NOT a cheap hotel. Then there was the shower. We were on the second floor and whenever you move in the shower the whole floor creaked, making you feel like you could fall through the floor at any moment

The air conditioner in our room was quite noisy. We ha to turn it off and open the window (which had no screen). Plus the bed had a duvet that was overly cosy for June.

What a gem! Beautiful, comfortable room with everything I could have possibly needed! So clean! Right in the middle of town. It was one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Luxurious feel with economical cost!

Location was perfect to get to nearby restaurants and shops. We didn't need our car at all to get around. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Also free/easily accessible parking was included and to the rear and side of hotel. My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was a bonus and lots to choose from.

I thought the continental breakfast was okay, but they could have added hard boiled eggs to the selection. and cut up fruit would have been beneficial too.

The property was located really central which was easy to walk around. The rooms were very spacious and there was a coffee machine in the room. There was always loads of breakfast available and there was a nice mixture.
The bathroom was a bit dated and had a bit of mould in some corners near the shower. There’s also no lift so it was difficult getting heavy suitcases up the stairs. The property was nice but I do think it’s over priced.

Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. The location is steps away from shops and restaurants. Good continental breakfast that provided bagels, english muffins, cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, muffins, coffee cake, juice, milk, and coffee.

Room was perfect and bed was very comfy. On quiet side street, but just few minutes walk from main shopping/dining area.

Excellent staff and beautiful room. Quaint town with great restaurants. Perfect location.
Parking lot is too small, but plenty of free street parking at night. Not a problem. Walking up 17 steps with luggage to get to 2nd floor was taxing. Request 1st floor if an issue. All else perfect.

A classic beautiful colonial era home converted into a cozy boutique hotel.
Parking is limited but street parking is available. I would imagine that during the height of the season this could be an issue.

I liked the location, The lady who checked me in was an absolute pleasure!!
I didn't like the fact that one of the cleaners ( I hope it was a cleaner) came into my room when I was in the bathroom. I called out several times, asking who it was, and they never answered. It creeped me out.

The location was perfect! We were able to park our car in their parking lot and walk everywhere!
They used kurigs for coffee for part of continental breakfast.
My tea water had coffee in it!
We prefer brewed coffee and a separate hot water container for tea.

Much too much wasted plastic on cups, cutlery, food, etc. much too much wasted single-use plastic everywhere.
the shower grout and tiles needed a good scrub.
