The toilet flush didn’t work , the walls were all falling apart , could smell weed all over the place . Very bad experience and never will visit this location ever . Thoufh other quality inns are better .

The hotel staff was horrible to us. He tried to over charge us when we arrived. The hot water in the room didn't work or have a nob to turn the water on. People walked right past our room and can look right in.

Floor was a mess. Not properly installed, same with the shower walls. TV never came in clearly. Gap in door to outside.

The price was right but this is a true example of “you get what you pay for.” I didn’t realize this hotel is in the “bad part” of New Orleans until we were about to get off the plane and a local informed me. Upon arrival at 12:30am, we had to ring a doorbell which took 2 times before a shoeless, unenthusiastic employee emerged only to check us in through a hole in the building. We did not offer us to come into the building. She handed me the keys and said, down that way. Did not offer any information about breakfast or anything. The room was updated and fairly clean but clearly the bones of the property are unwell. Pillows are half the size of a normal pillow which was weird. To our surprise there was indeed a hot continental breakfast in the morning but the employees serving it were also less than enthused. I think they all need some training in costumer service.
