I did not appreciate how we were rudly treated. After 3 hours of be there in the room and also having my child with me as well made up something completely out of thin air saying that my out of state family member, who they did not even ask for their name or i.d, they were claiming she was banned from the property when that is an impossible thing especially when she is not from the area and has never been to the property ever before. They gace us 5 min and threathen to call cops without even trying to talk with us whatsoever and made us leave with no refund and nowhere to go at 1230am

No nice soap no good face cloth no nice towels no ice buckets no cups No coffee no bath mat in the tube

They steal your money and don't let u check in and Booking.com can't even help you. Don't go here they are thief I didn't get to check in and they sent me away with children. Thank God the Extended stay was there to help us. Whatever you do don't stay here and don't book through Booking.com

Absolutely nothing except the staff/owner was a reasonable person

Hotel smelled awful, room floor dirty, stains on covers. The bathroom was even worse, the bathtub had more than normal amounts of hair, it looked as they only swapped out towels and turned the lights off!

How quick check in was

Dirty , roaches

Staff was nice.

Room was dirty. Stains on bedspread, dirty carpet, saw roaches in bathroom in the morning. Drawers in dressers were dirty. Elevator broken. I had to call down for toilet paper there was very little on roll.
