The location seemed to be easy access for the ambulances.

The bathroom had mold/mildew on the shower walls. The room was very bare bones, no standard amenities that come with a basic room. The owners' quarters did have bars on the windows. We cut our stay short a night, even though we knew we wouldn't get a refund.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room smelled like cigarettes. It’s unclear how often they visit the rooms but it is not daily. The staff doesn’t clean they just swap towels and take out trash.

More cleanliness and proper plumbing checks; especially the bathroom. I also think that the curved shower curtain rod is isn't cool for the size of the bathroom.

The room looked clean but there was mold o. The bathroom wall tub was so slick I almost fell each time I took a shower and my son was barefoot and walking around on the floors his feet turn black and I had to have sock on cut of my feet would turn black after the first night we ask them to sweep our floor the first day we was there but they gather the towels and left clean one collected the trash and that was it

I liked that there were cameras set up in the parking lot.

The floors seemed sticky. My son didn't like the thin bedspread. The bottom of the tub/shower was dirty. I didn't like the overwhelming air-freshener smell in the room. Maybe queen beds would have made up for some of the discomforts.

very dirty, crumbs in floor. huge cockroach on the wall we saw RIGHT before bed which made it very hard to go to sleep. and it was too late to switch rooms so we were stuck. the towels were disgusting. loud banging throughout the night. when I complained to staff about dirty room and roaches they said “sorry about your bad experience. have a good day.” will NEVER stay here again.
