The location was perfect and the breakfast was very good. I also like that the property is pet friendly.

Issue with the shower and the toilet flushing strength.

Too much chlorine in the pool on the first night, it burned our eyes walking into the pool area. Did not like that there was not coffee available when going down to breakfast the first morning.

it was good location we’re we were going but out dated and lots of things need fixed.

The room there was carpet missing or cut out, the bed was Jimmy rigged to keep the bed in place. my husband cut his leg on the side of the bed getting out. we did tell the desk. You could not close the curtains.. the drawers were not cleaned there was trash left In them. the pool was nice but the hot tub did not work. I fell bad for the workers I’m sure they only can do so much with what they have to work with.

Great coffee and breakfast. Good location close to 225 for business in Aurora or two major medical centers.. Staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. My room was clean and convenient for parking and privacy.

I asked for a rollaway bed when booking & was told it could be accommodated. It was not in the room when we arrived. When I went to inquire the staff brought the bed to the front desk and I had to get it up to the fourth floor alone. Then it didn't fit without me moving furniture, again alone. The water pressure was very weak in the shower and the vent in the bathroom was dangling from the ceiling. My sheets had old blood stains. The hotel smelted of cleaning solution and mildew . All in all there was NO way this hotel should be ranked 8 out of 10.
