You have to get a separate key to use the fitness room, also you have to constantly get your car rekeyed every couple days they claim is due to it being next year wallet or cell phone I work in a hotel before so I know to keep it away from there and there was no way everybody in our party at the same time key stopped working. Also the clerks at the front desk lack customer service skills and patience. Also when it was time to check out before I can even leave the room housekeeping was going in there trying to flip my bed and it was before the checkout time. It was like they were herding cattle. The rooms do not have an ironing board nor an iron. The windows did not have the diffuser shade or sheer curtains to allow the light in but prevent people from looking directly in the room. And mind you this hotel is right next to Denny's so if you're sitting eating at Denny's you can look up or look across and see directly into someone's room whether they're getting dressed or whatever. The breakfast???? Lol it was like they were serving inmates. No fresh fruit nothing hot, if you wanted to warm something up you had to go all the way down to the lobby due to their not being microwaves or refrigerators in the room.

Room was clean and room service was great. (Ladies were awesome!!)

I did not like the price... Hotel changed It without notice and charged more!! Be aware of that!! Front desk person working on Wed 29.03 and supervisor on the 30th were terrrible!!! Very unfriendly and not helpful a lot!! Do not recommend to interact with those two!!! Stay away from them!!

found an old make up compact near our bed, my aunt found a couple bullet shells in her room. didn’t smell very good. front desk staff weren’t very friendly but the housekeeping staff was nice
