I did not have the breakfast.

I wish the staff would speak good english. I could barely understand them.

NOTHING!

Dirty and everything smelled. The room we were given had the peep hole missing and any one could see right into the room. We had to plug the hole to ensure we actually had privacy. The staff did not seem to care.

Front desk staff was nice.

Property seemed a bit rundown. Very little parking.

Location and accessibility and ground floor room, parking spot availability.

The staff being unable to speaking English clearly and and understandable. I have no problem with people from any culture or race at all. But being able to speak clearly and understandably to answer questions is a must when dealing with the public who are primarily English speaking. Also the computer system for checking in and out was painfully slow. Also the shower curtain support in my room did not fit properly and was loose and more water ended up in puddle outside the tub than on me.

Close to location

Sheets on one of the beds in our room were covered with sand (entire bed)even though the bed was fully made upon arrival. Questioned If the sheets were actually changed?

Customer Service, Location, and Availability of Attentive Staff, Price and guidance to excellent nearby services. Excellent ability to block lights from outside the room. Wonderful Touch Mirror in the bathroom.

Weak Shower Pressure

The waffle was good.

The breads offered were stale and the toaster didn't work. I did not appreciate the panties flopped over our shower rod, obviously left from a previous guest as well as the marks left on the bedspread, I'm assuming also from previous guests. The ice machine didn't work and no ice was available our first night there.

Convenient and clean

The TV was hard to work. The remote was pretty useless. On our 3rd night we couldn't get into our room. Had to have our key cards swiped again at the front desk. Pretty inconvenient to have walk to the lobby for this mistake. We were tired after a long day.
