The included breakfast was good. The lady who staffed the breakfast room was attentive and helpful.

Only one sheet (a flat) and one pillow were provided for the pull out sofa.

Location was good and breakfast served was adequate and coffee options exceeded expectations.

The entire entire stay we received no housekeeping service despite leaving our room and not placing a DND on the door. The towels provided were extremely thin and pretty much non-absorbant.

The breakfast at the Best Western Plus is beyond outstanding! The variety of food, from hot to cold and everything in between is amazing. We have stayed here before and Shannon always goes above and beyond to keep all the guests happy and consistently restocks the food, keeps the area spotless and is courteous and so sweet! We can't wait to come back!

the smell in the outside trash from visiting fisherman. staff should have emptied after being alerted to it near the common areas outside.

there wasn’t much to like about this property.

the rooms were awful. the smelled terrible and everything was damp inside. the carpet, beds, and sofa were all damp and everybting metal had rust on it from the obvious moisture problem. They were overbooked and could only offer us two towels for our family of 5.

Breakfast was nice. The young lady attending the food was very friendly.

The check in lady was not friendly, and we had to wait nearly an HOUR while she was in a meeting with “the big boss”. At least five guests were awaiting a person capable of the check in process. Towels should be refreshed daily and one 1/2 ounce bottle of shampoo is beyond cheap! We both had short hair and one shampoo is not enough for one person let alone two. Road sign is difficult to see and weird hill to enter the driveway

We had to change rooms due to a persistent and horrible smell. We were given Room 109 which was next to the front desk and noisy. I tried to discuss this with the manager but could not connect. I called the hotel four times since and no return call.
