Very clean hotel, wonderful staff

Pet friendly. That is all I can list.

Furnishings are poor. Maintenance is poor at best. Duck tape applied along bottom of entry door to create a seal. Pool closed on Labor Day weekend. Coffee maker did not work at breakfast. Looking around that area probably for the best. I will not return and do not recommend.

Nothing. Worse place I even stayed. DIRTY. HUGH HOLE IN BATHROOM WALL. OLD BLOOD ON WALLS. DIRTY AND USED SHAMPOO. Live and dead bugs present. BREAKFAST IF YOU COULD CALL IT THAT WAS COLD CEREAL. NO JUICE OR COFFEE

My socks were black walking in room. They do charge a $50 deposit security. That should have been returned at checkout. But of course the hotel gets their money right away, and I have to wait 3 to 5 days to get my money back.

No Breakfast was available.

Air conditioner would not cool the room, we had to clean the filters on both rooms. Door and walls had holes in them. Black mold in the showers. All reported to the staff.

Room was on first floor was great. Front desk very helpful with directions. Knowledge on restaurants very good.

Can't think of any changes needed. Only is ice machine broken but front desk gave me ice from thier fridge.

the room smelled like pot until we figured out it was coming from the bathroom and there were electrical wires showing and the floor at the bathroom door was giving in

I wake up because a cockroach was waking on my face. I killed it right after but the was disgusting.

Location was the only good thing about this place.

I reserved with booking.com for 4 adults in 2 double beds. Myself with my 3 adult children. Upon arrival, I was notified of a 50.00 security deposit (nowhere on the booking mentioned this) and despite the paper in her hand saying 4 adults, she charges me an additional 15.00 for what she says was a charge for additional guests. I booked a room for 4 adults, not 3. I don't understand why I was charged an additional fee. If the other hotels hadn't been booked, I wouldn't have stayed. The room wasn't great, their was a painted penis on the post in front of our room. Thank goodness my children are young adults, I was soooo embarrassed.

When they realized I had trouble walking and climbing stairs they gave us a room on ground floor beside office. We appreciated this very much. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Room coffee pot didn’t work but we didn’t tell anyone. We got our coffee at the breakfast bar, which was very good and not far from our room.

Our room had an extremely noisy air conditioner, a badly torn bed spread, a blanket with burn holes in it, a dresser with a drawer that wouldn't close, a light with a broken plane of glass and an almost inaccessible switch, and a bathtub that my wife couldn't climb over. The "breakfast" was a choice of cereal, bananas and yogurt. The staff was friendly enough, but they really need to put a little more effort in making the place more hospitable.
