everything the cockroaches the hairy toilet shower and sink the dirty linens on the beds which have no bed spreads the black grime on the shower where it hasn't been cleaned the giant black stain on the ceiling above the shower where it has either been caught on fire or molded from water damage

Desk manager was very friendly & helpful. Check in was easy.

A box of tissues would have been useful. Noise in the hallway & outside the room was annoying

The man at the desk during check in was nice.

The room was not clean at all. There was dirt in the tub when we got there. There were cob webs in the corners of the bathroom walls. The hallway outside the room smelled like poop the whole time. There were roach bugs. I saw one large and several babies. The floor around the bed was sticky. The sink in the bathroom did not drain well.

The room are just small

Convenient to our concert venue.

When we checked in we went to our room and it was pretty stuffy. I tried turning on the AC unit to cool it down because I prefer a cool room when sleeping anyway. The unit wouldn’t click on so my husband went to front desk to explain the issue. The worker came in and fiddled with it for a few minutes and couldn’t get it to work either. He then turns to me and asks why we need AC anyway because “it’s cold outside” aside from the AC issues the bedding was dingy, the sheet on one of the beds had a cigarette burn in it, and were very uncomfortable.
