Beds were comfortable.

It was DIRTY!!!! Upon arrival, the floors weren't vacuumed, the bathroom wasn't clean. They never once came in to even change out the garbage during our stay. I needed a new key, because we left ours in the room, and they didn't ID me to make a new one.

Bed was like laying on lumber. Aign said no breakfast looked like it had been there since before Covid started and middle entry door which was supposed to be card activated did not latch correctly.

The carpet was dirty and smelly, the ice machine was dirty the hotel had and meldew smell. The garbage cans outside was full looks like they hadn't been emptied in a while.

Beds were confortable. Staff was friendly and cordial. Location is close to downtown.

My room had an unpleasant odor to it. Carpets felt tacky. Only one roll of toilet paper was available for a three person rental. Bath tub surround looked uninviting with peeling paint all over it. Furniture was old and damaged from age and use. Floors did not look clean along the edges and corners. I rented during a time when a big event was taking place at Road America so the rate I paid was way overpriced for the condition of the room I got. I've stayed at 5 star hotels for less than what I paid here. I understand law of supply and demand but the price paid was ridiculous for what I got. Wish I had taken photos but I did not. Just glad that I was able to get a room and a good nights sleep, after getting used to the odor in the room. In a pinch, I guess I would stay here again, but only if it was my only option. Staff was great.

it was dirty. the outside garbage’s were over flowing. there was a dirty washcloth behind the door in the bathroom and under the vanity was not swept. No In room coffee.

Absolutely nothing. The room reaked of urine. There were bedbugs.

The hotel has bedbugs. It was sold to me with the stipulation of breakfast. There is no breakfast. The urine smell was unbearable. Riffraff hanging around outside. It was filthy. I did not stay. This was all in 15 minutes. They wouldn't refund my money.

There was nothing to like about that place the manager was so disrespectful the refrigerator didn't work all my food got spoiled he didn't replace it he didn't replace my money for the room just a bad experience

I didn't like nothing about that hotel it's your boy again them people are awful I'd rather sleep outside and stay in there no washer and dryer no nothing

We booked thru booking.com. it said breakfast was included. There was no breakfast. Beds were very hsrd.. not very many channels on the TV either.
