Property is clean and kept very well maintained

Room was located just few feet to the road, there was lot of noise especially net door there was a dog which was barking for 2 hours in the middle of the night. Also at 3am some lady banged the door to open and it looks like someone from next door was mistake. The noise from next door was very disturbing at 3 am which interrupted my entire sleep.

I liked the room, much better than some other my family and I've been in. Beds were comfortable, and room was clean, and spacious. Staff was helpful and kind.

Think they can update on towels and sheets, and get an ice machine.

Very good proximity to Santa Monica Beach, free parking is a big plus, beds were good and staff very friendly

Can get a bit noisy with the proximity of a big road next to it

Location is excellent. Close to the beach, Santa Monica and Venice. For the price this is a great deal. Will be back.

Der Innenhof war gut zum beisammensitzen geeignet, störend nur der unmittelbar angrenzende laute Highway.

Das Bett war katastrophal. Jede Bewegung machte laute Geräusche und ließ ein sofortiges Zusammenbrechen befürchten. Der Fernseher des Zimmernachbarn war deutlich zu hören. Wer mit schweren Koffern anreist, muss diese bei Unterbringung im ersten Stock über nur schwer begehbare Außentreppen hochschleppen.

I like everything, except the Bed.

The bed was really uncomfortable, and every time I move, it sounds like bobble wrap popping. I had to leave early and look for a better place. I ended up with back pain from the bed.

Amazing for the value. A nice small room for 1-2 people, standard TV and mini-fridge, plenty of room for suitcases, bathroom was sufficient.

Water pressure was a bit low. Room could do with new plaster & paint, and some fixtures are a bit worn.

room smells like gymnasium complained said there’d fix it. on second night the same smell. this place was not worth the money. even the plug in electricity for the table light and the refrigerator was sunk in the wall. this is a fire hazard. if I called the fire marshal they would have closed this place down

Room was neat and tidy and I TRULY appreciate that the new mgt and ownership have put some love into the property. Fresh paint, trimmed bushes and clean area. The location is a 10min walk to the beach and Main St as well as some other good eats within a 5min walk too. Good job guys! Everyone was SUPER nice too

Nothing...the property is older and from a bygone era which adds to its charm! ALL GOOD

Proximity is good

Not enough parking for patrons. Had to park a block away the first night. Bathroom had mildew on the walls and shower head. Electrical outlets worn out.

Extremely helpful and pleasant staff. They really went out of their way to try to be accommodating with booking, etc….very nice people. Nice, clean place.

Very little apart from the free parking.

The bedside lamp didn’t work. The fridge didn’t work. inadequate lighting in the bathroom. The temperature of the aircon set by the management was too high. Not becoming of Booking.com.

Close to beach

No air conditioning. Poor parking options. Little too no outlets. Beds lumpy and old.

Location is decent.

Room had an odor. Sheets had a cigarette burn and didn't feel clean. Bedside lamp chord wasn't near long enough to reach the outlet. Complete joke that they even put the lamp on the bedside table. Saw bugs in the room. Noise carries between units.

The host was very helpful 🙂
