The location was the best. Everything was old and needed to be updated. Housekeeping was the friendliest. The facilities were in need of improvement. The bathrooms were recently renovated and very nice.

The furniture was very used. The carpet past it's prime.

Nice little niche hotel situated in a shopping mall. You cannot tell from the road or shopping mall that the hotel has a beautiful pool, hot tub and bar and grill overlooking a pond in the back.

Quiet rooms. Big bathrooms. Friendly staff. Location is great. Next door to a shopping center with numerous restaurants.

Shower pressure could have been a little stronger. Bed sheets were on the thin side.

We stopped by this hotel on our way to Orlando - it's a nice hotel with a precious view on the lake. Rooms are spacious and beds comfy. Staff was helpful. Not sure about location since we just stopped for the night.

The decoration could use a refresh in my opinion and restaurants are closing very early (like 8pm) fortunately there are a bunch of other options in the area.

we ate at the little grille and really enjoyed the proximity. the view was nice to look out the room.

not much, i did book with book.com and we checked out early to get out of town due to the hurricane, and i am waiting to hear if i will get a refund. I hope. we definitely want to come back, and recommend your location to our visitors to the area.

The shower and bath was so nice. Very big shower. The bed and pillows were so comfy My husband did see a small roach on the wall but could of come in from balcony The lake house restaurant was nice too. I had the fish tacos which were very good. Loved the area. There is a bakery and coffee place at the next shopping area by hotel. The best pastries I've ever had. All in all a very nice place and affordable.

Spotless clean. Well maintained. Location was great. Bartender was wonderful. Comfortable bed. Happy hour food and drinks were top notch.

Check in staff was rude. Have to pay for continental breakfast/coffee.

Loved the balconies on the room. The pool area was fantastic and the pool was super clean. I saw no broken tiles or debris in the pool. The hotel and room were in tip top shape with a large bathroom. Please note that I was in a handicap room so your experience could differ in the bathroom area.

There weren't enough regular chairs around the pool deck. The lounges were very low and I had trouble getting on and off of the lounge chairs. I prefer a taller upright chair. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. I was surprised of the charge for breakfast. My wife said there was a sign, but I never saw it.
